It is time to get ready for another great year of barbecue cooking classes known as Pork U. These classes have always been popular but after last year’s article in Garden and Gun Magazine, the demand has outpaced our ability to supply. Here is the schedule for 2014:

In order to be fair and give everyone an equal chance to sign up for a seat, we will activate our sign up page on this web site on March 1 at noon. First Come- First Served. You will not be able to purchase a seat until then. Please read all of the information about the classes under the Pork U tab at the top of the Home Page. I have tried to include all the information you need because I am not very good at returning email requests for information.
Please remember this one important piece of information. Be very certain about the date you choose. Once you buy that seat, it is yours. We do not make refunds in the event of conflicts and we have no wiggle room to accommodate requests to swap one date for another. You may sell your seat to someone else if you have a conflict, but we need to know about it. We prepare certificates for each student and we need to know who is coming.
We will also provide a place for you to put your name on a waiting list which we will maintain in the event of any last minute openings or cancellations. We will call this list in the order names appear and if there are a great number of people who could not get a seat, we will try to schedule additional classes.
